Delivering Excellence in Pediatric Healthcare
Holy Innocents Children's Hospital is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care to the children of Mbarara and surrounding regions. We've built the first dedicated children's hospital in Uganda, offering services that were previously unavailable to this population.
Our work spans clinical care, surgical services, emergency medicine, prevention, and training. Every service is designed with one goal in mind: better health for a better life for children.
Our Core Services
Inpatient Care
We provide safe, clean hospital beds and round-the-clock nursing care for children requiring hospitalization. Our wards are designed specifically for pediatric patients with specialized equipment and trained staff.

Recent Milestones
Hospital Established
Holy Innocents Children's Hospital opens its doors in Mbarara, Uganda — the first hospital dedicated solely to children's healthcare in the country.
Surgical Center Groundbreaking
President Yoweri Museveni visits Holy Innocents and lays the cornerstone for construction of the surgical center. A major milestone for the hospital's expansion.
Surgical Center Opens
The surgical center opens its doors, enabling complex operations and emergency surgeries. Children's lives are saved who would have otherwise died without surgical care.
